The look-up table LU_USE_TYPE compares use types as defined by WAJ and JVA (CODE) with the use types internally used by the model (S_CODE).
It is needed by the MONTHLY_PRODUCTION table (and thus for the losses module)b and is not to be confused with table WATER_USE_BILL_CAT relevant for the billing data.
