Table SUPPLY_ZONE belongs to the class of station tables. It was required for the losses module and should describe the set-up of network supply zones.
The losses module is comparing water production with water use. The input to the supply zones is defined in table SUPPLY_ZONE_RESOURCES, and the output from the supply zones is defined in table SUPPLY_ZONE_DEMAND_CENTERS.
Because the technical data to define that relation was not always available, supply zones have been just defined as districts or Governorates, irrespective of the physical pipe network.
The table below shows just a small selection of records. Currently, there are about 145 records in the table.

The Supply Zones are not to be confused with the service zones, which refer to the relation of Demand Centers to wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs).
