All the irrigation statistics and water demand calculations refer to the point-layer of irrigation centers, which are a sub-set of the settlements.
In addition to be linked under the MapObjects GIS-module, the applications requires to link the attribute table of the irrigation centers. It is in dBase format, and MS-Access permits for this format only filenames according the 8.3 file naming convention. Thus, the original file name is irri_cen.dbf.
