Table CROP_GROUP_AREA is an annual monitoring table, containing for each irrigation center (= sett_ID) and crop_group the total area in dunum.
As additional information, the table contains the measurement_method (estimated = E or measured = M) and in the comment the source of information or estimation.
The data in this table are by calendar year, and have to be transformed by the application to fit the hydrological year (Months October to September). The results are than stored into table which Hydro_Year_Crop_Group_Area has exactly the same table structure as table CROP_GROUP_AREA.
