Tables containing thesholds for legends in the map output window

The DVS currently uses the following internal tables with thresholds for map legends. These thresholds either define diameters or colors of point symbols or shades for areas.

• T_thresholds (mainly for water quality mapping)
• T_thresholds_S (for all other maps, both areas and point symbols)
