BUFFTHME.avx
   Buffer Theme Manager.  This will create shape files from the buffers
of features in a Theme.  It creates circular buffers of Point themes,
buffers of Lines or the nodes of Lines, and three different types of
buffers for polygons, inside or outside buffers.

NOTE: THIS EXTENSION WAS DEVELOPED WITH DIALOG DESIGNER, THEREFORE TO
USE THIS EXTENSION USERS MUST HAVE THE AVDLOG.dll AND AVDLOG.dat FILES
INSTALLED TO THEIR SYSTEMS.  THESE ARE INCLUDED IN THIS ZIP FILE.
Copy each file to...
1) AVDLog.dll.  Copy this into C:\ESRI\AV_GIS30\ARCVIEW\BIN32
2) AVDLog.dat.  Copy this into C:\ESRI\AV_GIS30\ARCVIEW\LIB32

   The extension loads a Button to the View GUI.
